The April problem of Kodansha‘s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine revealed on Wednesday that Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yūsuke Nomura‘s Blue Lock soccer manga can have a by-product manga that may launch in the journal’s July problem on June 9. The manga will concentrate on Seishirō Nagi earlier than he enters the titular Blue Lock facility. The journal will reveal the artist for the manga at a later date.

Kaneshiro and Nomura launched the manga in Weekly Shōnen Magazine in August 2018. Kodansha revealed the manga’s seventeenth compiled e-book quantity in December 2021.
