The official site for director Shingo Adachi‘s distinctive television anime Lycoris Recoil posted the anime’s first full promotional video on Friday. Unlike last month’s teaser promotional video, this new video choices exact animated footage from the sequence.


The story is prepared in “Lyco-Reco” (Riko-Riko) a Japanese-style cafe inside the outdated downtown area of Tokyo. The cafe takes in orders for one thing from delicious espresso to sugary sweets … and possibly a bit of 1 factor further like dealing with children, enterprise negotiations, love advice, one-on-ones about zombies and large monsters, and further. “No matter what you order, we’ll serve it up…!”

Chika Anzai as a result of the always smiling Chisato Nishikigi

Shion Wakayama as a result of the additional reserved and extreme Takina Inoue

Ami Koshimizu as Mizuki Nakahara, who’s spherical 30 and desperately seeking marriage

The anime shall be Adachi’s directorial debut. Before this anime, Adachi was the character designer and chief animation director for Sword Art Online and Wagnaria!! (Working!!). Imigimuru (This Art Club Has a Problem!) is designing the television anime, and A-1 Pictures is producing the problem. Ben-To author Asaura drafted the story. Kimika Onai (Nogizaka46, Sakurazaka46 outfits) designed the characters’ uniforms.

The sequence will premiere in July. Anzai and Wakayama will appear on the advance screening of the first three episodes at TOHO CINEMAS Kinshichō Rakutenchi theater in Tokyo on June 12.
