Second Promo Video and Expanded Cast Revealed
The TV anime adaptation of The Oblivious Saint Can’t Contain Her Power unveiled its second promotional video and additional cast members this week. The video teases the series’ ending theme, “Unknown Me,” performed by Utahime Dream All Stars.
New Cast Additions
- Shunichi Toki as Theodore – Voice actor known for roles in The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids and A Predator in a Skirt.
- Inori Minase as Melissa – Recognized for her work in My Hero Academia and K-On!.
Production Details
The anime is directed by Mitsutaka Noshitani (notable for The Strongest Tank’s Labyrinth Raids and YAiba: Samurai Legend) under the production of Magic Bus and Picante Circus. Character design is handled by Taihei Nagai, while music is composed by SUPA LOVE.
Series Background
Lady Carolina, the overlooked daughter of a powerful duke, is thrust into a political marriage with the “Bloodthirsty Prince” of the Empire of Malcosias. This sets the stage for her journey as she navigates power struggles and unexpected challenges.
The light novel series by Almond and illustrated by Yoshiro Ambe was originally published on Shōsetsuka ni Narō before being adapted into manga by Comic Earth Star. J-Novel Club has released the entire novel series in English, with the manga ongoing.
The anime will premiere in July on Tokyo MX, BS11, and AT-X. The cast also includes Rie Takahashi, Makoto Furukawa, and Haruka Shiraishi in key roles.
